Group Fitness Class Information


One of our most popular classes, LES MILLS BODYATTACK is a rapid calorie burner that delivers fast improvement in general endurance and an increase in overall body strength through high-energy interval training that combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyonetowards their fitness goals


LES MILLS BODYPUMP is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body.  Tone up, burn fat and increase fitness and well being. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!


LES MILLS BODYCOMBAT™ is a fiercely energetic program inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.


LES MILLS CXWORX is a 30 minute core strength training class, this class will challenge you mentally & physically. It will tighten and tone core muscles, improve functional strength which is required for balance and mobility and  also prevent injury. Challenge your core! 


LES MILLS BODYBALANCE is a Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength, and leaves you feeling centred & calm. This class will improve your flexibility and range of movement, increase your core strength.  


RPM is a 45 minute cycling class which will increase your cardiovascular fitness, burn fat and tone and shape your legs, hips  butt. You will gain leg strength and muscular endurance and leave you feeling fantastic . 



The very first style of fitness class at its very best.  If you’re new to fitness classes or just enjoy working out to music, then come and join us at these classes where our instructors will guide you through some basic moves with more advanced members able to push themselves further.


Aqua Aerobics combines the best of classic aerobics with a water based class.  Classes take part in our main leisure pool where the added resistance of water can help tonemuscles whilst reducing the stress placed on joints.  This class is suited to all abilities from the fitness fanatics to the young at heart.


Boxacise is a circuit based class using a variety of exercises from skipping and punching moves, to sit ups and press ups.  This class is a great way to improve fitness whilst toning all over the body.


An intensive all round exercise, good for burning fat and giving definition to thighs, hamstrings and buttocks.  Class levels vary however a great workout can still be achieved from any of our classes regardless of fitness level or ability.  With our BIKING TOGETHER classes, children aged 12 and above can join their parents in this fun workout to the latest chart hit music.


 From the American West, LINE DANCING is fantastic fun with great music, kick ball change sailor steps, grape vines and coaster steps, with that yahoo factor.  Arriva, Arriva, Arriva.


 Pilates uses slow stretches for a strong core giving a flat tummy and strong back. Hand weights, Swiss balls and toning bands may also be used to enhance movements.


 With easy to follow, powerful fun workouts, our STEP and STEP & TONE classes cover a variety of step moves for all levels and abilities.  Bands, kettlebells and hand weights are used for upper body toning, with a brilliant abdominal workout to finish.


Waterworks is an aqua aerobics class, burns fat, improves fitness & health, minimum impact, excellent for rehabilitation, fun music, for all levels of fitness.

Anyone wishing to attend any of our classes must be over 16 years of age, with the exception of our Biking Together classes.
