"The Leisure Bowl offers a personal training service, enabling our customers to take a direct route to fitness"

A personal program is a 'one to one session' with a personal fitness trainer.  It is designed to create an effective & enjoyable regieme, where the client is able to obtain the maximum benefits which they desire, in a safe & controlled manner.

 Firstly the instructor will discuss the individual needs and wants of the client, for example:

  • Training for a specific sport
  • Weight loss
  • Toning individual muscle groups or the whole body
  • Strength
  • Endurance
  • Stamina
  • General Fitness


The next stage is to develop a suitable weight training program, where many issues are decided for example:

  • 1 Method of training
  • Excercises to be used
  • Teach correct techniques
  • Warm up and cool down procedures

 

After the program is designed, the instructor will set duration for the program, and the client will be asked to return after an agreed time period to discuss progress.

 The personal program only takes one hour and is a great way to make sure that you get the most from the gymnasium.
